What operating systems are available on your Mini PCs?

We only offer Mini PCs with Linux pre-installed in various distributions. We do not offer Windows installations.

Can I change the operating system after purchase?

You can reinstall Linux yourself or switch distributions. Technical support for additional installations or configurations is available for a fee.

How does the warranty work?

All our products benefit from a 2-year Italian guarantee with direct assistance

Can I customize the hardware configuration?

All configurable options are available directly on the product page for transparent and easy selection

How do you ship and how long does delivery take?

Shipping is done by express courier in Italy, with delivery times of 2 to 4 working days.
In Europe 3 to 5 working days

What kind of after-sales support do you offer?

We provide support for basic technical questions and point you to helpful solutions, always in compliance with the warranty. Extended technical support is available for a fee.

Can I try Linux before I buy?
